Climate Change and Global Warming

What would happen if the icecap were to melt altogether? What would you do and what would happen? Climate change is affecting the environment little by little everyday. Increasing the temperature by 10 to 100 times fastest warming in the past 10,000 years. As the climate goes up plants and animals will vanish and more disasters are more likely to happen. We should stop global warming. We cannot stop it 100% but at with some effort we can decrease global warming. Climate change is a big effect to the earth.

Global warming could also threat our health. We breathe the gas trapped in the atmosphere. Since our earth is getting warmer, disease carrying insects and animals cover bigger regions. Global warming and climate change could get even worse. The temperature could increase 2.5 F to 10.4 F. Although global warming and climate change can be stopped, the climate will not be balanced. The gas that is released traps in the atmosphere causing it to stay for years or even centuries. Disasters are more likely to occur because of the rising temperature. Hurricanes and typhoons have higher chances of happening and so does flooding. Sea-ice is decreasing and sea level can go up.

Everyday things that we use like a car releases carbon dioxide to the atmosphere which can effect to global warming .Try to walk instead of riding a car at necessary times to help decrease the amount of gas. Think about global warming before doing anything to increase the climate change. Scientists say that human activities are contributing to global warming by adding most of the gasses. As Joe Biden says “I think it is manmade. I think clearly manmade. If you don’t understand what the cause is, it’s virtually impossible to come up with a solution. We know what the cause is. The cause is manmade. That’s the cause. That’s why the polar icecap is melting.” So let’s act now and stop global warming, before things could get a lot worse.
